A network of four hiking routes has been detected and mapped, based on the old connecting path between the villages

The paths pass through forests of fir, chestnut trees and plane trees, while the riparian vegetation impresses. These paths are part of a wider network of trails that have been used since ancient times. Although exact age determination has not been made, archaeological finds suggest that the area is inhabited since 2500 BC. and that soil morphology has not changed to an extent that would justify the redevelopment of paths.
1. AGIA PARASKEVI
The starting point is the hostel for Agia Paraskevi where after entering the hostel enter left the road Dog Tags are the path and after a fantastic ride through the forest of firs jump in the chapel of Agia Paraskevi (1881).
In the wide plateau Zerelia within chestnut and fir trees, where there is water running and benches for rest. After taking breaths we take the left path and lead us to the darts after 25 minutes to another small STONE church of St. Constantine. Beneath the church in five minutes is XENIOS. 2. AGIA TRIADA
The next challenge is the path to the Holy Trinity. Starting from the hostel and walk through the asphalt on the Church in the village Agios Dimitrios (1829) and elementary school.
Outside the courtyard of the school take the path on the opposite north side of the village under the Social. On the way we meet the Flounder Katochoriti and will move with stone arched gefyri.Stin then walk uphill through fir, holly, cedar trees and in 20 minutes we reach the Holy Trinity.
In the courtyard there is water running beneath ancient pournaria.Stin then walk north to a dirt road which leads us to the asphalt road for Kryoneria

3. ANO HORA – KATO HORA
The route from the Lower Upper Country Country reveals in all its glory the magnificent landscape of Nafpaktos. Crossing the tarmac, reach the stream.

5. GORGE KAKKAVOS
To go from the Lower Gorge Country-Kakkavos in Ampelakiotissa, follow the path to the Kakavo. In the first piece, find the rural road. Walk up to him to reach the creek. Then back to the old path to walk Ampelakiotissa.Kathos between a forest of fir vegetation is impressive.
